July 1, 2003-
As Tad returns to his car, he is knocked unconscious by an unseen assailant.
Aidan rescues Mia from Michael by claiming to be a jealous lover and gives Mia a
passionate kiss in the process. Mia shows Aidan the receipt she was able to
steal from Michael, hoping it will lead them to something they can use against
him. Kendall, jealous over Aidan kissing Mia, insists that Mia has helped enough
when Mia wants to accompany Aidan as he checks out what the receipt could mean.

July 2, 2003-
Tad is surprised when he regains consciousness to find himself handcuffed to
a chair with David in the room. David makes a subtle threat against Jamie. After
David leaves, Tad manages to call Anna for help. Tad asks Anna to do something
about David before he hurts someone. David is later seen concocting a mysterious
formula. After getting a police emergency call about a possible shooting, Anna
is forced to leave Tad still handcuffed to the chair. Anna and several officers
arrive and arrest Luis. Jack appeals to Anna not to arrest Reggie but a comment
by Erica forces Anna to handcuff Reggie as well.

July 3, 2003-
David continues working with his mysterious chemicals as he promises an
imaginary Leora that he is going to get justice for her death. David gets rid of
Maggie when she arrives at the cabin to see him. Anna is alerted when Maggie
informs her that David was working on creating a miracle cure at the cabin.
David plans on spiking Grandma Kate's lemonade that the Martins are offering at
the Fourth of July fair in the park.
- Friday,
July 4, 2003-
David arrives at the Fourth of July celebration in the park armed with a
vial of his memory-erasing drug. Anna catches David as he seems poised to spike
the punch bowl with the drug. Anna reaches out to David and convinces him to
talk to her in private. Anna pleads with David to come to his senses and stop
his vendetta against the Martins. David threatens to take the memory-erasing
drug himself to forget his pain. Anna voices her love for David, begging him not
to destroy himself. David breaks down in Anna's arms as an imaginary Leora
watches her parents reunite in their grief. Aidan in the park. Edmund wants
Aidan to know that he will always be considered a friend of the Grey family.
Opal warns Tad that it would be a mistake for him and Liza to get back.

July 10, 2003-
Edmund and Maria are more in love than ever. In stark contrast, David and
Anna grow more distant in their relationship. Maria wants to celebrate her love
with Edmund and remembers the time when she realized Edmund was the one man for
her. Edmund gives Maria a locket inscribed with the dates of both of their
weddings. Tad is surprised to find Anna at David's cabin. David arrives and
claims he is over seeking revenge against Tad and his family. Tad is doubtful of
David's sudden change of heart. Anna tries to reach out to David and suggests
they spend the day together. David remains distant and claims he has to work at
the clinic. Mia sets her sights on Aidan.

July 11, 2003-
Mia flirts with Aidan as she surprises him with her knowledge of car
engines. Mia privately wonders if she would have to compete with Kendall if she
made a play for Aidan.
- Monday,
July 14, 2003- Anna and
David try, but fail, to reach out to one another. Anna claims to be busy with
police business when David invites her to have dinner with him. Later, Anna
readily accepts Brooke's invitation to join a grief counseling group for parents
who have lost their children. Meanwhile, Aidan warns David not to turn his back
on Anna in her time of grief.

July 18, 2003-
Erica asks Jack
and Anna to issue an APB for Bianca. David is alerted by news of Bianca's
disappearance and relates to Jack and Anna how he saved Bianca from falling off
the roof at the clinic. David wants to help search for Bianca but Anna suggests
he leave it to her and Jack and the authorities. David accuses Anna of fearing
harm will come to Bianca if he becomes involved in the search. David blames
himself for destroying everything he loves and shocks Anna by declaring that
their relationship is over.

July 22, 2003-
At the cabin, Anna refuses to accept
that her and David's relationship is over and claims she still loves him. David
tells Anna that all he feels is emptiness. Anna admits to feeling the same and
doesn't know how she will survive living like this forever. Anna becomes
emotional, saying she needs help, especially help from David. David and Anna
make love but end up no closer than they were before.
