- Monday, September 2, 2002-
Edmund shocks Hayley and Mateo with the news that Maria is alive. Edmund
also explains Brooke's deceit and David's connection to Maria. Kendall thwarts
Aidan and Maria's plan to return to Wildwind with Maddie by calling the police.
Maria takes off alone as chaos erupts after the police arrive at the Pine Cone.
Aidan is arrested for assaulting a police officer. Edmund is flooded with relief
over Maddie's safe return home. Later, Maria comes face to face with Edmund at
Wildwind.
- Tuesday,
September 3, 2002- Edmund is overcome with emotion to see Maria standing in front of him.
Edmund embraces Maria, assuring that her troubles are over. Maria explains to a
crestfallen Edmund that she has no memory of him. Edmund insists he can make
Maria remember the great love they shared. Edmund is thrown by Maria's questions
about Brooke. Leo reaches out to David, who advises Leo to walk away from their
twisted family. Leo tells David that Trey is their brother. Anna plans on
divorcing David.
- Wednesday,
September 4, 2002- Anna rakes David over the coals and tells him to move out. Liza makes it
clear to David she's the one calling the shots. Jackson comforts Anna as they
await word on a hospitalized Maria. David is stunned to see Anna with Jackson.
At the hospital, Edmund recognizes Aidan from the Pine Cone.
- Friday,
September 06, 2002- Edmund is heartbroken to witness Maria's
closeness with Aidan. Jake informs Edmund, Maria and Aidan that Maria's memory
might be gone forever. At Maddie's request, Brooke arrives at the hospital.
Brooke and Edmund reunite Maria with Sam and Maddie. Tad prevents David from
getting his hands on Maria's medical files. Anna contemplates her options. Anna
informs David she recommended that Jake fire him from the hospital. Tad warns
Jake what David is capable of, which Anna overhears. Aidan is livid over the
pain David caused Anna. Aidan abducts David.

September 10, 2002- Tad defends Brooke to Edmund by pointing
out some of Edmund's past mistakes.

September 12, 2002-
Anna decides to go through with her pregnancy but vows to keep David far
away. After speaking with Maggie, David realizes Anna might be pregnant. Anna
lies to David, telling him she has an airtight case against him. Anna warns
David to leave town for good or risk going to prison. Tad enlists Aidan's help
in uncovering criminal charges against David. Edmund questions Aidan's motives
towards Maria. Maria is stunned when Opal reveals that Maria was once a doctor.
Petey discovers JR with Kendall at the loft. Petey blackmails Kendall into
buying his silence while making her sweat in front of Palmer. Liza is shocked to
learn both Mia and JR knew about Adam's return while she was kept in the dark.
Adam arrives home in the midst of Liza, Mia and JR's escalating argument.

September 13, 2002-
Anna refuses to forgive David, who reluctantly signs the divorce papers.
David accesses Anna's medical records and learns she's pregnant. Aidan informs
Tad that David made Maria believe she was a murderer. Tad relates Aidan's claim
to Anna. Maria is overwhelmed by her encounter with Opal. Maria voices her
confusion to Edmund, who paints a picture of a strong Maria. Maria is touched by
Edmund's devotion and reaches out for his hand.

September 16, 2002-
Erica misplaces her anger in both Chris and Bianca's direction. Jack forces
Erica to see the light and admit that she is hurting over her father abandoning
her. Anna turns to Liza for answers about David. Anna and Liza bond over their
mutual plight. Jackson warns David to stay away from Anna. Greenlee convinces
Leo to run away to Paris. David asks Leo to postpone his plans and return to
Pine Valley to help him win Anna back. David encounters Anna at the airport as
she's planning to leave to get a quick divorce in the islands.

Anna turns to Liza for answers about David. Anna and Liza bond over their
mutual plight. Jackson warns David to stay away from Anna. David asks Leo to

in the islands.

Leo pleads David's case to Anna and tries to make Anna realize that her love
has made David a changed man. In the end, however, Anna boards the plane
determined to put David out of her life.

September 19, 2002-
Jake and Tad uncover evidence that David used experimental drugs on Maria
and Dixie and present their finding to Jackson. Zeke informs Edmund and Maria
that there is no physical reason for Maria's memory loss. Maria needs Edmund to
give her more space. Maria is hit by Zeke's questions about
"Maureen's" life. After getting word she can leave the hospital, Maria
refuses to go home with Edmund and tells him that her name is Maureen.

September 20, 2002-
Anna remains adamant that David won't be a part of her baby's life. Anna
asks for Maria's help in exposing David's crimes. Edmund has no choice but to
accept Maria's decision not to live at Wildwind. At Edmund's request, Maria
explains to Sam and Maddie why she won't be living with them. Edmund and Maria
are both affected by their encounter with Sam and Maddie.

September 23, 2002-
Maria insists on speaking to David alone. David tries to paint himself as a
hero to Maria, reminding her he saved her life. Brooke arrives at Wildwind at
Maddie's request. Edmund accepts Brooke's comfort for a moment. Edmund is
shocked by Brooke's revelation regarding the lies David told Maria. Jack
supports Anna's decision to cut David out of her life but sees red when he
learns Anna allowed Maria to speak to David alone.

September 24, 2002-
Maria throws David's lies back in his face. David defends his actions. Maria
is greatly affected by the news that David is going to be a father. Anna is
moved by Jack's love for Lily. Anna, Edmund, Jack and David wait on pins and
needles as Maria decides whether or not to make a statement against David.

September 25, 2002-
Maria refuses to press charges against David, explaining she's grateful that
David saved her life. Maria asks Edmund to call Aidan for her. A devastated
Edmund unleashes his rage at the mausoleum. Brooke asks Aidan to give Edmund and
Maria time to find their way back to each other.

September 26, 2002-
Anna won't entertain the thought of forgiving David. Jack tries to bolster
Anna's spirits. Leo, Trey, David and Maggie come together as a family for the
first time. Leo tells Greenlee that he can't go to Paris with her as planned.

September 27, 2002-
Anna presents Liza with a subpoena for any materials she has relating to
David's research. After getting a promise of immunity, Liza gives Anna
everything David asked her to hide. David confronts Anna at the mansion,
refusing to let her leave with the evidence. Anna pulls her gun on David.
- Monday,
September 30, 2002-
Anna holds David at gunpoint as she refuses to hand over the evidence against
him. The confrontation takes an emotional toll on Anna, who collapses in her
office. In the process, a vial of David's experimental drugs drops to the floor
and rolls out of sight. Jack rushes Anna to the hospital. Greenlee and Leo declare their undying love for one
another. Greenlee insists that Leo stay in Pine Valley until his family troubles
are resolved.
