Tad and Edmund regain animosity for one another
after Tad suggests that Edmund does not count as a member of the family, and
Jamie witnesses the ongoing feud between the two men. Edmund accuses Brooke of
falling for Tad's ever present emotional drama, and Edmund shocks Brooke when he
admits his fear that Tad threatens their relationship.

David jolts Anna with talk of having a baby, but
Dixie puts a damper on the moment when David receives her letter. Dixie informs
David that she has told Tad about her pregnancy, and Anna questions David's
feelings.
- Wednesday, May 8, 2002-
Tad
warns David to stay away from his family, but David assures him that he will
interfere if Tad fails to keep Dixie happy. David finds Anna conversing with Dr.
Axelrod about Vanessa's mental state, and a fight ensues when David wrongly
assumes that Anna wants to know if mental illness will inflict their future
baby.

Leo asks Anna to cut him a deal to save his
pending marriage, and Anna agrees to help him if Leo will first lead her to
Vanessa's hidden cash.

Jamie privately cheers when flowers arrive for
Brooke from Tad, and Brooke and Edmund end up arguing as a result. Tad admits
that he did not send the flowers, and he teams with Brooke and Edmund to find
that Jamie orchestrated the deception.

Edmund comforts Opal, and Edmund shares the
devastating news with Jake.

Anna overhears David confiding in Leo, and Anna
struggles with her desires to have a baby with David. Anna privately makes a
decision, and David threatens to uncover Anna's secret.

Anna and David get into another argue after Maggie tells him off for
signing her up for a class without telling her. The Haywards discuss
falls apart after David intercepts the delivery of Anna's birth
control pills.
- Tuesday, May 21, 2002-
Tad's depression in the aftermath of Dixie's
death puts a wrench in Brooke and Edmund's wedding plans. Anna presses David to define their relationship, and the subject
of divorce enters the heated conversation.
- Friday, May 24, 2002-
Anna tells her pleased hubby
that she's willing to go for the whole family package- new home, SUV
and baby. JR then barges in and punches David for disrupting Dixie's
memorial service.
